1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used household items unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or refund request:

- We will review your request and provide return instructions.

- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Processing

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Exchanges

- If you need a different color, or model, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

- Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
